We accept returns within 7 days for orders after delivery. All returned items must be in their original packing.
No exchanges/returns are accepted for innerwear and related items due to hygienic reasons.
If an order is the wrong size or wrong specification being delivered we offer only replacement/exchange. No refund of the same will be provided under any condition.
Damaged or defective products should be returned in the condition they came in and should include all accessories with them.
All products are quality checked before dispatching by Performance Motor Spares Shopping Online Store and thus we ensure all of them are in working condition.
We provide returns on damaged goods upon delivery. In order to return a damaged product you can get in touch with our customer care at +971 4 3401804. Our representative will walk you through how to return the product in case of damaged goods being delivered. All return requests should be filed within 48 hours of the delivery of the product. Any request succeeding that will not qualify for replacement. You should inspect the product as and when received and should submit a return request within the above given stipulated time window. We will refund you the shipping cost you have bared for returning the product or the shipping cost that we have borne for the product to ship to you (whichever is lower).
Following is the scope of returns/refunds of all products. All our returns/refunds will be bound by the following:
If a product is found faulty or has a manufacturing defect, or a wrong product is sent to you, we will replace the product as fast as possible to the best of our capabilities.
A full refund of the amount of that product will be initiated only if the replacement of the same product is not available in stock with us.In all other cases, we will be replacing the product. If there are any changes to this rule, the same will be mentioned in the description of the product. Unless anything is specifically mentioned, all products will be bound by the above-given policies.
Regarding the refund of the shipping charge that you incur while shipping the product back to us, we can only refund the amount it cost us to ship the product to you or the cost that you have borne (whichever is lower)
.Products bought during any sale or discount offers cannot be refunded or replaced.
Products that have been pre-ordered or specially ordered are eligible for return at a 25% restocking fee.
Once items are sold cannot be returned unless they are the incorrect parts or defective.
Minimum 50% Deposit must be paid for items that are ordered.
All prices quoted do not include installation charges. The customer is responsible for asking for a workshop quotation for installation before work begins.
Once the customer has ordered items, and the payment has been sent to our supplier, orders CANNOT be cancelled.
Customers that cancel orders before the payment has been sent to the supplier will have to pay a service charge.
Below 1000 Dhs = 100 Dhs, 1000 – 5000 Dhs = 250 Dhs,
5000 - 10,000 Dhs = 400 Dhs,
Above 10,000 Dhs = 500 Dhs,
Items that are ordered and NOT collected within 6 Weeks from the delivery date at PMS will lose their parts and deposit.
Delivery times are estimated sometimes there are delays beyond our control and we cannot be held responsible for:
Items that are not in stock with supplier.
Cancelled or delayed flights.
All promotions are subject to availability and while stocks last. We reserve the right to end a promotion at any time. Items that are on sale/promotion CANNOT be returned.
We shall not be liable for any financial loss arising out of the refusal, cancellation or withdrawal of any promotion or any failure or inability of a customer to take advantage of a promotion for any reason.
Refunds for items purchased under a promotional offer will be based on the terms of the promotional price, banking charges and a restocking fee.
Any on shelf item sold by PMS is eligible for exchange within 7 days of purchase. Refunds can be issued via store credit or original payment method. Refund charges are subject to bank charges, item price and restocking fees. However, exchange/refund is NOT applicable on sale/promotion items.
Any original or aftermarket parts that are removed from the customer’s car in the workshop will either be disposed of after 1 month; otherwise, a storage charge of 50 Dhs will be incurred for small mechanical items and 100 Dhs for larger aerodynamic parts.
PMS only gives warrantees or guarantees for parts supplied and fitted by PMS. Warrantees or guatantees will not cover any parts that are supplied by PMS, and fitted elsewhere.
PMS is not responsible for and damage or accidents caused to customers cars after fitting of aftermarket parts.
